He is survived by: his girlfriend Andrea Carritz of Lake Milton; his children, Nikki (Jerry DeGasperis), April Dlugolinski of Lake Milton, Bailey Dlugolinski of Lake Milton, Wayne (Sandra Thomas), David Dlugolinski of Windham and Anthony (Elizabeth Dlugolinski); and his siblings, Margaret Dlugolinski of Maple Heights, OH and Danny (Patricia Dlugolinski). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
