She was predeceased by: her parent Jean Ann Edwards-Smith (David Smith). She is survived by: her husband Larry Ellis; her sister-in-law Wanda Ellis of Lake Milton; her nephew Zachary Sabol (Roy Wright) of Austintown; her father Cindi Horkey; her close friend Cristina Kachmar; and her pet Gizmo.
Rackell has given the gift of life to others by her organ and tissue donation through Lifebanc.
