He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar F. Utley and Margaret Utley (Joseph); and his brothers, Frank and Jerry Utley. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia I. Utley of Lake Milton; and his children, Debbie (Pete Stevens), Tammy Sze of Warren, John Utley of Lake Milton and Darrin Utley of West Virginia. He is also survived by many grandchildren & great grandchildren.
