Miller (Amber), Tammy O'Brien (Pat) and Leah Gerberich; his siblings, Gale Lane (Richard), Jane Hill (Marty) and Stanley Carlisle (Annette); and his significant other Sherry Mann. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
