With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn June Chuchalk of Lake Milton, Ohio, who passed away on March 28, 2025 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Snyder and Olive Leona Snyder (Williams); her husband Frank "Buck" Chuchalk; her daughter Patricia Exline; and her son-in-law Joseph Colosimo.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Chuchalk of Niles, Susan D. Colosimo of Lake Milton and Terry M. Chuchalk of Lake Milton. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, and fifteen great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home - Jackson-Milton Chapel (439 S Salem-Warren Rd, North Jackson, OH 44451). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
