Spinks (Lagrange, Ohio), born in Elyria, Ohio, who passed away on October 14, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Freda; and his parents, Richard Spinks and Lottie Spinks. He is survived by: his children, Kellie Spinks of Mebane, N. C. and Scott Spinks of Philadelphia, PA.; his grandchildren, Ayden and Addyson Grieger; and his siblings, Jolyn Moreno of St. Petersburg, FL., Barbara Diederick of Elyria, Pamela Chapman of Sparta, N. C., David of Elyria and Dennis of High Point, N. C.
