"Jack"; her daughters, Gina Burgett (Ray) of Elyria, Debra Blackburn (Fiancé Mike) of Vermilion, Laura Lawhorn (late Mike) of Elyria, Kimberly Sabo (John) of Cincinnati and Sheryl Sprinkle (Ross) of Wellington; her grandchildren, Gina (Ray), John, Danielle, Jami, Michael and Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Baylee, Brenden, Michael, Hayle and Dustin.
