He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bartok and Ann Bartok; his son Jeffery Bartok; his granddaughter Ruby Robinson; and his brothers, William Bartok and James Bartok.
He is survived by: his husband Jerry L.; his son Steven Bartok (Corkie); his stepchildren, Kyle Robinson (Jill), Jeffery Robinson (Andrea) and Michelle Crumley (Gary); and his brother Robert Bartok (Sabina).
