It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen M. Vojtek (Lagrange, Ohio), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 31, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Chema and Priscilla Chema. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Schmittgen, Edward (Carol) and Thomas (Cynthia); her grandchildren, Amy, Emily, Holly, Christine and Daniel; and her sister Mary Seaman (Ronald).
