She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Ray Hoover; and her parents, Monroe Hall and Ortha Hall. She is survived by: her daughters, Norma Sturgill (Jim), Linda Orsik and Dimity Crawford; and her grandchildren, James Sturgill (Betty), Dellena Fleck (Robert) and LaTonya James (Jeff). She is also survived by 8 greatgrandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
