She was predeceased by: her parents, Everal Gammell and Fannie Gammell (Collins); her son Patrick M. Shreve; her stepson Edward Ownbey; her granddaughter Kayli Dawn Ownbey; and her siblings, Penny Hughes, Geraldine Patterson, Mary Hartney, Betty Pittman, Patsy Cool, Pete Corner, Barbara Gammell, Doris Gammell, Bud Gammell, Harold Gammell, Herb Gammell and Bob Gammell.
She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Ownbey; her children, David Ownbey, Daniel Ownbey and Heidi Salisbury (Greg); her stepchildren, Joseph Ownbey, Christine Linde (Marcus) and Amanda Breunig (Kyle); her granddaughter Madelyn Brooke Shreve; and her brothers, Butch Gammell and Ronnie Gammell.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Auble-Gillman Funeral Home (360 W Sunset Dr, Rittman, OH 44270). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
