He was predeceased by: his siblings, Clara Lee Ray, Anna Mae Mathes, Roger Cook and Donald Cook. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Teresa Frantz (Jeff) of Dublin, OH., Catherine Leffel (Mark) of Dublin, OH. and Joseph Cook (Lisa) of Hood River, OR.; and his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Anthony, Joseph, Alexis Frantz, Ryan, Jillian Leffel, Clayton and Lucinda Cook.
