He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Wollenslegel and Peggy Wollenslegel (Kistler) of Bellevue, Ohio.. He is survived by: his wife Lana Wollenslegel (Karbler); his son Tad Wollenslegel (Vanessa); his sister Sandy Weilnau; his mother-in-law Juanita Karbler (Ruff); and his siblings-in-law, Linda Grahl, Larry Karbler, Lois Whyde (Dan), Larry Bales (Kathy) and Roger Bales. He is also survived by Many nephews, nieces, and loving friends.
