It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William D Petrak of Lafayette, Ohio, who passed away on July 13, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Petrak; his brother Jimmy Petrak; his son-in-law Doug Yost; and his brothers-in-law, David Mazzeo and Louis Papp.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Debra, William (Judith), Joseph (Susan) and JoAnn; his grandchildren, Brandon, Jonathon (Rebecca), Amanda, Michael, Jacqueline, Ashley, Dillion and Anthony; his great grandchild Charliann; his sister Elizabeth; and his siblings-in-law, Sandra Ruffing (Samuel), Antoinette Slater, Catherine Wright, Florence Mazzeo and Anthony Mazzeo (Pamela). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
