She was predeceased by: her father Michael M. Werner; her stepfather Edwin Metzger; and her brothers, Robert Werner and Tom Werner. She is survived by: her husband Jack D. Gierhart of Lima; her children, Gregory Gierhart (Mary) of Powell, Mark Gierhart (Mary) of Harrod, Pamela Clum (Marty) of Ada and Diana Lugibihl (Ken) of Bluffton; her grandchildren, Matthew Gierhart, Maggie Gierhart, Jennifer Grace, Michael Gierhart (Abby), Ryan Gierhart, Zac Clum (Nicole), Daniel Clum (Trisha), Sarah Garman (Austin), Jaime Lugibihl and Alexis Lugibihl (Nate Skinner); and her sister-in-law Darlyn Werner. She is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren.
