With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David L. Phillip of Lafayette, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on December 25, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudy Phillip and Viola (Miller); and his wife Joan. He is survived by: his sons, William Phillip (Bonnie), Thomas Phillip and Scott Phillip; his granddaughter Wendy Wadle (Paul); and his great grandchild Savanna Wadle.
The family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Medina City Police Department.
