She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Balo and Elizabeth Balo (Roahrig); her husband Elba E. Magness; her daughter Melba Moran; her grandson Trevor Howards; her great grandchild Raymond Howard; and her siblings, Mildred Ross, Annabelle Norris, Eloise Matt, Pauline Powelson, David, Ralph and Joe Balo.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Adams (Larry) of Coshocton and Dee Howard of Colorado Springs, CO; her son-in-law Rich Moran; her grandchildren, Ashley Miller (Wesley), Andrew Adams (Lori) and Sandra Ahonen (Jeff); and her great grandchildren, Sidney Howard, Sam Adams and Jack Ahonen. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
