She was predeceased by: her father Robert Carman; and her brother Robert Carman. She is survived by: her mother Helga Carman (Michelfelder); her husband Mark Hoffer; her son Andrew Hoffer (Meagan); her brother Roger Carman; her nephew Dennis Carman (Inga); her niece Jenny Carman; and her pet Sparky.
