It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Calvin J. Waltz (Lafayette, Ohio), born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on June 21, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his spouse Carolyn Jo Wellbaum; his children, Karen Waltz of Colorado, Gary Waltz (Lisa) of Lafayette and Kevin Waltz (Rebecca) of Lakeview; his granddaughters, Crystal Shepherd of Lakeview and Cadie Hall (Aaron) of Lima; his great grandchildren, Kameron Shepherd of Lakeview, Reece Shepherd of Lakeview and Scarlett Hall of Lima; his stepgranddaughter Terra Shaffer; his stepgreat-grandson Caleb Shaffer; and his granddaughters, Izabell Cole of Lakeview and Leah Cole of Lakeview.
