He is survived by: his spouse Carolyn Jo Wellbaum; his children, Karen Waltz of Colorado, Gary Waltz (Lisa) of Lafayette and Kevin Waltz (Rebecca) of Lakeview; his granddaughters, Crystal Shepherd of Lakeview and Cadie Hall (Aaron) of Lima; his great grandchildren, Kameron Shepherd of Lakeview, Reece Shepherd of Lakeview and Scarlett Hall of Lima; his stepgranddaughter Terra Shaffer; his stepgreat-grandson Caleb Shaffer; and his granddaughters, Izabell Cole of Lakeview and Leah Cole of Lakeview.
