She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Friddell and Myra Friddell (Imber); her husband John F. Ridgway; and her siblings, Janet Spohn, Audrey Harshberger, Marcelle Vida, Kenneth and Harold Friddell.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Micky; her children, Rondalee Ballinger (Michael) of Gardnerville, Dean Mel Ridgway (Micky) of LaRue and Annette Oke of Pittsburgh, PA.; her grandsons, Rex Ballinger (Nicole) and Nicholas Ballinger (Courtney); her great grandchildren, Jude, Zane, Ana and John Tate Ballinger; and her sister Luella Dunlap of Fort Pierce.
She was proud that her family had donated the ground to the village which has become the Ridgway Park on Front St. and the ground that the new dollar store sits on uptown.
