She is survived by: her parents, Don Jenkins of Kitts Hill and Gail Culp (O'Neill) of Gahanna, Ohio.; her daughters, Abigail Smurr of Pennsville, NJ and Hannah Smurr of Gahanna, OH; her siblings, Jeff Jenkins of Kitts Hill and Lu-Ann Jenkins of Gahanna, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Adalynn, Mark and Mike.
