She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Parker and Patricia A. Parker (Fundersol); her husband Douglas A. Harper; her sister Kathy Parker; her sister-in-law Sarabeth Parker; and her father-in-law Alvin Harper.
She is survived by: her sons, Dustin Harper (Kelsey) and Shane Harper (Heather); her grandchildren, Laramie Harper, Cyrus Harper, Dailey Harper, Tommy Middendorf and Bristol Harper; her siblings, Dennis Parker, Pam Rowe (Bob), Debby Parker and Linda Parker; her mother-in-law Verna Harper; her siblings-in-law, Randy Harper (Tomi), Lynn Harper (Debbie), Dwain Harper (Becky), Mark Harper, Mary Jane Harper and Jane Ann Weldy (Kurt); and her close friend Debbie Rhoads. She is also survived by sister, and a host of other friends and family.
