She was predeceased by: her parents, James Herbert and Inez Pemberton Allen; her husband Bill Harper; her children, Pam Harper and Billy Harper; her brother-in-law Theodore Moore of South Point; and her siblings, Betty Hall, Mary Jane Wilson, Bert, Wayne, Leonard and Don Allen. She is also survived by child and over the years, she gave love, support and care to many friends, neighbors and relatives.
