He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Williams and Pauline Murnahan Williams; and his brothers, John Williams, Arthur Williams and Ancil Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Melissa Williams; his children, Desiree and Daniel Williams; his siblings, Barbara Blakeman (Dale) of Kitts Hill, OH and Paul Williams (Brenda) of Kitts Hill, OH; and his sister-in-law Janice Williams of Anchorage, Alaska. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
