He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Roth and Dovie Cox Roth. He is survived by: his significant other Betty Barnett; and his siblings, Allen Roth of Florida and Phyllis Schmauch of Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
