He is survived by: his parent Frankie McClain Rice; his wife Barbara Ann Marshall Rice; his children, Wanda Williams (Darrell) of Albany, GA, Pamela Jones (Jarrod Newman), Karen Johnson (Dale) of Mullins, SC, James Randall Rice of Myrtle Beach, SC and Donald (Michelle); and his brothers, Gary Rice (Kathy) of North Florida and Thomas Rice. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
