He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Andrew and Hazel Fradd (Reynolds); and his sister Edith Null. He is survived by: his wife Joyce A. Fradd (French); his children, Pam Thompson, Brenda L. Neal and Ryan Fradd (Courtney); his grandchildren, Stephanie Cox (Bub), Jason Neal, Tasha Wheeler (Andy), Tiffany Neal Wilson (Kary), Jarod Neal, Logan Fradd and Lainey Fradd; his great grandchildren, Allison Cox, Andrew Cox, Jaxson Bridenthal, Kailyn Neal, Peyton Neal, Jayden Neal, Mason Neal, Maddox Wheeler, Kadence Wheeler, Khloe Wilson and Cameron Wilson; his great great grandchild Brayleigh Jo Blagg; his siblings, Homer Fradd (Diane), Robert Fradd, Larry Fradd (Veronica), Grace Blankenship, Juanita Blankenship, Betty James (Don) and Phyllis Keaton; and his pet Sophie. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
