He is survived by: his children, Philip Combs (Rosie) of Chillicothe, Paul Combs (Trena) of Kitts Hill, OH, Stephen Combs of Ironton, OH, Deborah Dyer (Durwin) of Ona, WV, Glenna Kelley (David) of Willow Wood, OH and Rachel Hankins (Kevin) of Scottown, OH.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
