He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Yates and Hazel Jones (Miller); and his sisters, Wanda Lambert, Glenna Kelley and Patricia Anderson.
He is survived by: his significant other Judy Kay (Boggs); his daughter Lisa G.; his son-in-law Jeff Crank of Kitts Hill; his son Paul Eugene Yates of Kitts Hill; his grandchildren, Jason Sias (Amber), Justin Crank (Lea), Jessica Moore (Chris) and Mason Yates (Becca); and his great grandchildren, Ava, Emma, Abby, Beau, Lily, Jacob and Jenna. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
