He is survived by: his wife Annetta Hardin Wheeler; his children, Melissa Owens (Steve) of Ironton, Nikki Wheeler (Michael Nixon) of Catlettsburg, Travis Wheeler (Morgan) of Aid, Nathan Wheeler of Ironton and Rebecca Wheeler (Daniel Ward) of Kitts Hill, Ohio; his siblings, John Wheeler of South Point, Joe Wheeler of Arizona, Mike Wheeler of Kitts Hill, James Lemasters of Ironton, Sharon Harrison (Mick) of Ironton and Karen Diamond (Rick) of Kitts Hill; and his grandchildren, Christian Turner, Kaylee Turner, Autumn Wheeler, Bridgette Wheeler, Bryson Barber, Madison Turner, Serenity Barton, Aiden Owens, Connor Owens, Elijah Ward and Landon Nixon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
