He is survived by: his parents, Gerald Pemberton of Coal Grove, OH and Rosalie Pemberton (Rice) of Kitts Hill, OH; his children, Anthony Pemberton of Kitts Hill, OH, Cheyann Pemberton (Jason Taylor) of Ashland, KY, Glenn Pemberton of Pippa Passes, KY and Vincent Pemberton (Kyleigh) of Lexington, KY; his sister Angela Pemberton of Ironton, OH; his grandsons, Charles Yates of Ashland, KY and Jason Taylor III of Ashland, KY; and his nieces, Elizabeth Poe (Austin) of South Point, OH and Hope Prince of Hanging Rock, OH.
