It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Hughes (Kirkersville, Ohio), who passed away on December 20, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Peggy Phillips and John Acker; and his nephew Dennis Phillips. He is survived by: his niece Sherry Lewis (Mike); his nephew Dan Phillips (Angie); and his pets, Patches and Abby. He is also survived by 3 great-nieces, 3 great-nephews, 3 great-great nieces a host of dear friends.
