He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry W. Magley and Mildred Magley (Peck); and his grandson Tyler Copley. He is survived by: his wife Barbara M. Magley (Kirk); his daughters, Karen Truex (John), Carol Turnquist (Robert) and Connie Copley (Todd); his grandchildren, Katie, Carrie, Matthew, Kellie, Kirk and Sara; his great grandchildren, Luke, Emily, Connor, Carly, Clint, Eloise and Weston; and his siblings, Charles Magley and Patricia Ketner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
