She was predeceased by: her daughter Sherri Zagorski (Tom). She is survived by: her husband Jack C. Azbell; her children, Anthony Schmidt of Cleveland and Amy Erhard (Geoffrey) of Newark; her grandchildren, Tommy Zagorski (Analee Canlas), Genevieve Stilla (Jeremy), Emily Zagorski (Kendal Lipke), Kate Erhard and Jill Erhard; her great grandchild Ruby Stilla; and her sister Patricia Evans.
