She was predeceased by: her parents, Pride Fish and Eltessa Fish (Brown); her husband Derwin Welch; and her brother Paul Fish. She is survived by: her children, Darryl Welch (Judy), Bonnie Santiago (Tito) and Kevin Welch; her sister Idalene Sampson; and her grandchildren, Derek Welch (Kerry), Kasey Welch (Karen), Andrea McDonough (John), Alaina Welch, Julie Colon (Jason), Jennifer Bisignani (Charles) and Jessica Welch. She is also survived by her 12 great grandchildren.
