He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Gene and Shirley Mullins; his fiancée Tara Bickerstaff; his sisters, Barbara and Debra; and his uncle Tom Hall.
He is survived by: his sister Judith Dyer (Leigh Dyer); and his brother-in-law Earl Beem. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
