She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Perkins and Lily West Perkins; her husband John Butch Delik Jr.; and her son John Allen Delik. She is survived by: her sister Priscilla Cunningham; her daughters, Rebecca Gombeda (Christopher) of Cambridge, OH and Vicki Wilson (Brian) of Salesville, OH.; and her grandchildren, Justin Wilson, Kyle Wilson (Allison), Dalton Gombeda and Kaylynn Gombeda. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
