He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Lavern (Fisk) and Malry McClung Sutton, Sr.; his siblings, Lynn E. Grover, Rollie Dean Sutton and Malry M. Sutton, Jr.; his parents-in-law, Martha and Arlie Smyth; and his friend Hugh Baumgardner.
He is survived by: his nephew Logan; his friends, George Rosner, Charlie Fenn and Bliss Gilmore; his wife Sharon of Kinsman; his children, Jerad R. Sutton (Amy) of Gustavus, Ohio and J. Nicole Phillips (Jeffrey) of Gustavus, Ohio; his brother Thomas J. Sutton of Brookfield, Ohio; and his granddaughters, Analyse and Sophia Sutton.
