He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillips D. and Margaret Moore, Sr. (Whitaker). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte R. Roscoe; his children, Phillips D. Moore, III (Shelly) of Kinsman, Patrick S. Moore (Debbie Riddle) of Kinsman and Susan D. Lewis (Robert) of Cortland; his stepgrandchildren, Adam Lewis (Sarah), Lindsey Lewis and Jacob Lewis; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Joy Lewis.
In lieu of flowers the family requests material contributions be made to Birds of Flight Sanctuary, 8655 Warwick SE, Warren, OH 44484, in Phil's memory.
