He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Emery Sr. and Delores Little Emery; his granddaughter Gabrielle Emery; and his sister Diane Gontz. He is survived by: his wife Sally Brainard Emery; his children, Kristine Marshall (Charles Jr.) of Farmdale, Keith Emery Jr. (Danielle) of Farmdale, Klinton Emery (Jessica) of Howland, Deidre Baker (David) of Burghill and Garrett Emery (Andrea) of Mineral Ridge; his grandchildren, Katelyn, Christopher, Kelsey, Elizabeth, Isabelle, Gage, Kayla, Jackson, Weston and Owen; and his great grandchildren, Carson, Reid, Braxton, Rowan and Hallie.
