John Slywczak Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 28, 2021, at the age of 89, John Slywczak of Kinsman, Ohio, born in Jamestown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Slywczak and Katherine Slywczak (Stryczak); his wife Rose Slywczak; and his siblings, Nick, Joseph, Harry Slywczak, Mary Ondo, Rose Kocis and Helen McCright.
He is survived by: his children, Edward J. Slywczak of Kinsman, Ohio, Barbara J. Slywczak of Kinsman, Ohio and Richard A. Slywczak (Jennifer) of Kinsman, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Daphne, Rachel and Jeremy.
Masks are required and social distancing will be observed.
