He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Cline and Mabel Philips Cline; and his sister Bonnie Lu Williams of Vienna, W. V.. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Emery Cline; his daughters, Amy Brookover (John) of Davisville, W. V. and Rebecca Duckworth (Mark) of Marietta; and his stepchildren, Dawn Redarowicz (Al) of Vienna, David Dahman (Terraina) of Greenville, Robert Dahman (Antanette) of Buchanan, W. V. and Scotty Dahman (Pennie) of Howland. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
