He is survived by: his children, Kristine L. Hines of Hartford, Ohio and Jason J. Hines (Susan Heiens) of Johnston, Ohio; his sister Leona L. Moyer of Adamsville, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Amber Sikora (Justin), Tabitha Smith (Travis), Harlei Scott and Zachary Granelly (Rebecca); and his great grandchildren, Kaylei, Zoey, Issac Cole and Hudson Smith.
