It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Grayce Panak of Kinsman, Ohio, born in Bristolville, Ohio, who passed away on November 16, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Goddard (Williams) and William Goddard. She is survived by: her husband Philip Panak of Kinsman; her sons, Steve Panak (Chris) of Kinsman, William Panak (Shelton) of Richmond and Michael Panak (Peggy) of Zephyrhills, Florida; her grandchildren, Bradley, Zachary, Claire Tombes (Nathaniel), Laura and Rachel; her great grandchild Benedict Tombes; her brother William Goddard (Joann) of Raleigh; and her niece Wendy.

Masks will be required for entry, with all social distancing practices observed.
