It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elvira M. Owen of Kinsman, Ohio, who passed away on November 12, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gomer Williams Sr. and Lena Williams (Montigney); and her siblings, Charlotte Reeves, Virginia Collier, Arthur, Francis, Gomer Jr., Walter, Raymond, David and Earl Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Donald "Tub" Owen of Kinsman; and her children, Richard E. Owen (Debbie) of Kinsman, Dale L. Owen (Linda) of Citrus Springs, FL, Larry A. Owen (Tanis) of Andover, OH, Diane E. Monus (Mark) of Tucson, AZ and Brian L. Owen (Korine) of Portland, IN. She is also survived by her 16 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
