He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert V. Hassell and Dortha Ritenour Hassell; his wife Virginia Holler; his children, Bonnie Kotanchek of Kinsman and Terry Hassell (Katherine) of Greenville, PA; and his sisters, Jonell Hassell of Howland, Joan Morrison and Donaldeen Brei. He was also cherished by three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
