She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie Del (Russell) and Kenneth Wade Baldwin; her husband Ronald Charles "Smitty" Smith; and her siblings, Sherry Baldwin, Ann Holler and James D. Baldwin.
She is survived by: her children, Regina L. Moore of Sharon, Kenneth E. Boles (Pamela) of Warren, Donald R. Boles (Jennifer) of Carlsbad and Kimberly E. Funderburg (David) of Solon, Ohio; her brother Brian J. Baldwin of South Dakota; and her grandchildren, Scott, Jake, Eric, Adam, Joseph, Becky, Kasie, Julia, Hailee, McKenzie, Ryan and Evan. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
