He was predeceased by: his parents, William Stevens and Francis Barnum Stevens; and his siblings, Elsie Jean Quirk, Robert, Paul, Floyd and William.

He is survived by: his wife Allie Grace Garlock Stevens; his son Jack Stevens of Kinsman; his grandson Cody Stevens of Florida; and his brother Earl Stevens of Espyville, PA..

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Buckeye Hospice at 3379 Main St., Suite A-B, Mineral Ridge, Ohio 44400 in Clyde Memory.
