It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tiffany West of Kingsville, Ohio, born in Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 25, 2021, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Phillip West; her brother Phillip West, Jr.; and her grandfather Harold L. Ramey, Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Gayle Caldwell (West); her stepfather Kirk Caldwell; her children, Madison, Jalynn, Chase and Isaac West; her siblings, Victoria Perschka (Josh) and Anthony Ramey (Tiffany); her grandmother Shirley Ramey; and her nieces and nephews, Kamron, Narrissa, Eleeonna, Arriann Perschka, Khloe Pixey, Alex, Zackary Ramey, Owen and Gage Perschka. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
