He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Dundas and Grace Eunice Headley (Tuttle); his brother Charles Headley (Rose); and his daughter Phyllis Lee Headley. He is survived by: his wife Alice; his brother Larry Headley (Kathy); his children, Thomas Robert Headley (Wendy Jane Burkett) of Bowling Green, OH, Ronald Leland Headley (Shelia Williams) of Jefferson, OH and Wendy Lee Rutkowski Topel (Joe) of Fairview, PA.; his grandchildren, Matthew Headley (Sara Pearce) of Pemberville, OH, Drew Headley (Jocelyn Williams) of Bowling Green, OH, Jennifer Headley Branstetter (Travis) of Mansfield, OH, Jillian Headley Walters (Ricky) of Cortland, OH, Robert Rutkowski (Rob) of Erie, PA, Bradley Rutkowski (Brad) of Pittsburgh, PA, Daniel Rutkowski of Fairview, PA, Dan Topel and Anna Topel of Fairview, PA; and his great grandchildren, Emarie Jane Headley, Ethan Matthew Headley, Rowan Cale Headley, Hazel Lynn Headley, Eva KayLeigh Walters, Foster Ellis Headley, Alaynna Jennifer Walters and Juliette Irene Walters.
